One Time Shredding Service
What shredding options do you offer?
Your business’ shredding requirements are unique; therefore, you want a shredding service that can custom tailor to your specific needs. At Gilmore, you have the ability to shred anything from paper to media and products. You can also choose the frequency of your service, whether it’s a one-time engagement, shredding every week or something in between.
Do I have to remove staples, paper clips, etc.?
Not at all. All you need to do is put the documents into the locked containers we provide and that's it. You don't have to worry about removing anything else, not even paper clips, staples or binder clips. Our shredders can handle that; however, we do remove 3 ring binders and hanging file folders, but that can be done as we load material into the shredder.
What happens to the shredded documents?
The shredded documents are safely and environmentally-safely removed and disposed of through recycling. This reduces our waste and environmental impact.
All businesses have a legal and ethical responsibility to keep sensitive information out of the wrong hands. Every company also has a corporate social responsibility to protect the environment. When choosing a provider, be sure to ask if paper materials are recycled after shredding. At Gilmore, all paper material is recycled into a variety of paper products.

How much do shredding services cost?
The cost of shredding services relies on what service you are using and the volume of material that needs to be shredded. You can give us a call at (888) 439-7458 if you have any specific questions!
Will you provide my business with a Certificate of Destruction?
Before you hire a document shredding company, ask if they provide a Certificate of Destruction. This is a formal document that contains detailed information about the destruction of your materials to prove that the shredding process was completed and to prove compliance with privacy laws. Gilmore provides a Certificate of Destruction upon completion of every shredding service for all paper and media types.
