If you have physical documents that you need stored, Gilmore is here to help! We offer off-site document storage to keep your sensitive documents safe and secure. We will transport your documents to our storage facility which has all of the necessary security systems in place. You no longer have to worry about keeping your documents safe in your business!
How secure is physical document storage?
Storing physical documents can be very safe with the inclusion of safety features such as surveillence cameras, access control systems, and more.
What kind of security bins do you provide?
Gilmore offers three different security containers from which to choose, including containers your staff can even use as a temporary stool!
Under Desk Rollaway
This container is the most convenient shred cabinet in the industry. It is lightweight and contains an easy to service wooden box and industry-first rolling casters, allowing it to be rolled out from under the desk and used as a seat, supporting up to 300lbs.

Holds 15 gallons, which is approximately 50 pounds of paper, the equivalent of 2 cases of paper
Office Console
This container is ideal for any office space and is our most popular shred bin.

65-Gallon Container
This is the next generation of secure storage for paper while waiting for destruction and designed with large industrial companies in mind.
