Our Process
When you use Gilmore Services for your document destruction needs, whether your documents are shredded on-site or off-site, they leave your facility in a GPS monitored vehicle and are transported to our NAID AAA certified main facility where they will be shredded yet again.
Gilmore Services is more than just a NAID member, our facilities, processes, trucks, and personnel have all undergone significant screening, evaluation, and inspection to achieve a AAA certification. To our customers, that means they can have total confidence knowing they work with an organization that has successfully completed the highest possible level of security evaluation any NAID member can undergo.
This process, which is constantly evaluated, assures you and your clients, customers, patients, cardholders, etc., that their information will be held in the strictest confidence and handled with the greatest possible care from the time it is picked up at your facilities until it is destroyed and delivered to a recycling facility. Upon completion of the project, your certificate of destruction is your guarantee and serves as your document of compliance to ALL federal and state guidelines related to the proper handling of such information.
