Gilmore Services is uniquely recognized as a company that has been trained and authorized as a distributor for the Information Destruction Policy and Procedure Compliance Training offered by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID).
We can assist your office staff to develop written information destruction policies and procedures now required by law. According to NAID, many businesses, government organizations and industries in the US report they currently do not comply with this requirement; and therefore, are at risk.
The Information Destruction Policy and Procedure Compliance Training is the first educational tool to specifically address information destruction policy development. The goal is to make compliance with the laws understandable and easy to implement. The specialized training contains sample policies and procedures for your program, authorization and destruction for the full range of conventional media forms including paper records, computers, magnetic tapes, optical and micro media. In addition, we can offer forms, templates and other resources that are useful in implementing and documenting your policy.
